for The Advocacy Academy, 2023


We visually captured an Open House event at The Advocacy Academy, an inspiring, Brixton-based organisation that supports young people get involved in activist organising. The event created space in which Brixton locals could get together, hear about The Advocacy Academy’s recent ‘listening campaign’ and also have wider conversation about changes within neighbourhood.

Open Day at Southwark Heritage Centre & Walworth Library
for Syrup, 2021


We were asked to document the first Open Day at the new Southwark Heritage Centre and Walworth Library. The job was to capture how the new space was being used and what members of the public thought about it.

The drawing was created live, over 4 hours, using pen and paper. It was then digitised and coloured in after the event.





We Need To Talk: Food Crisis in Walworth
for Pembroke House, 2020


We scribed an important discussion around food insecurity in Walworth. The discussion was hosted by Pembroke House and brought many members of the local community together to discuss how, as a neighbourhood, we could work together to tackle the crisis. 

This drawing was created digitally and live, via Zoom, as the meeting had to happen online due to Covid. 





Towards Social Prescribing
for Arts 4 Dementia, 2019


We captured a presentation about social prescribing and its positive impact on people with dementia. Social prescribing is a process in which healthcare professionals prescribe arts activities to patients, in an attempt to improve their holistic health and wellbeing.

The drawing was created live, over 4 hours, using pen and paper. It was then digitised and coloured in after the event.





Consultation Event
for Elim House Community Association, 2021


We documented a discussion about the future of Elim House, a community centre that has been caring for Peckham’s elderly community for 1984. The aim of the discussion was to listen to the community’s opinions on how the centre could evolve – and this helped create the basis of a proposal that was then shared with the local council.

Faraday Ward Forum
for We Walworth / Southwark Council, 2022


We documented a neighbourhood ward forum in which the local community where discussing plans for a staggered reopening of the Burgess Park BBQs. 

The drawing was created live, over 3 hours, using pen and paper. It was then digitised and finessed after the event. It was then used in a meeting with decision makers at the council. 




Our Healthier SE London: Integrated Care System
for NHS South East London, 2022


We captured a NHS South East conference that explored how the CCG department was planning to move towards a more ‘Integrated Care System’. 

The drawing was created live, over 3 hours, using pen and paper. It was then digitised and coloured in after the event.





Faith Strategy Conference
for Southwark Council, 2019


We documented a meeting in Southwark which brought together over 80 local faith leaders. The agenda was to discuss safety within the borough and how faith communities could work together to make the area safer. 

We captured the key messages from the discussion and then created a digital PDF that was shared amongst attendees as a review of the session. 






Africa Business Forum
for Scriberia, 2017


Our lead designer, Rachel Sale, learnt her scribing skills from the wonderful scribing agency Scriberia. She worked for them for over 4 years and scribed all over the world for a wide range of clients.
